Stefan Jennings
Prior to founding Jennings & Partnership, Stefan worked in the Events and Media industry. Operating within a FTSE 50 multi-national corporate.
An experienced senior leader, with extensive time operating at a ‘C-Suite’ level, predominantly in a strategy, transformation and change space. Stefan feels passionately about business improvement and unlocking value.
He is, by nature, a pragmatic problem solver.
Building on a successful career in strategic delivery, transformational programmes and commercial enablement. Stefan’s vision for Jennings & Partnership is, and will always be, to provide practical, meaningful, business support that can be delivered.
In his spare time, Stefan likes to spend time with his family, walking the dog and cooking (not at the same time).

Mark Jennings

Mark spent 3½ years as Head of Sales with a leading e-commerce investment bank, where he guided multiple Amazon brands through successful M&A exits totalling over $50 million.
With over 15 years in e-commerce and 10 years specialising in Amazon marketplaces, he has consistently driven growth in online retail. Over the past 6 years, Mark has optimised and expanded Amazon brands, managing over 400 product launches across 35+ brands, three of which achieved exits following substantial growth.

Ujwal Gupta

Ujwal Gupta is a strategic leader specialising in M&A integrations, SaaS portfolio growth, and digital transformation. With experience across FTSE 100, FTSE 250, and PE-backed firms, he has driven £40M+ in SaaS growth and led 15+ M&A integrations, managing portfolios up to £50M.
His expertise spans AI, automation, cloud technologies, CRM systems, data analytics, and enterprise modernization, delivering multi-million-pound efficiencies and market expansion. Ujwal partners with C-suite executives to drive impactful transformation and long-term profitability. He holds an MBA from the UK and a BEng in Computer Science from India.

Jordan Watson
I am passionate about building high performing, adaptable teams and creating environments for them to flourish.
My diverse experiences have taken me from the professional sports field to small private businesses, into Downing Street, executive boards of FTSE100 companies and most recently to launch and grow my own business. These experiences have taught me to manage high pressure situations and work collaboratively with my team.
I have been lucky enough to lead and work with many cross-functional units across a plethora of industries. These experiences have ranged from small agile projects to creating and developing multi-million-pound digital transformation programmes.
Most recently I led the delivery of an IT solution to help improve efficiencies for TeamGB and the Olympics.
My specialist areas are Technology Architecture, system and app design and build.
My primary goal is to make you and your business more effective through technology.

Alex McKenna
Alex McKenna is a strategic sales leader specialising in go-to-market strategy, new market expansion, and strategic account management. With commercial leadership roles at Salesforce, Oracle, and high-growth firms like THG, he has generated over £20M in SaaS sales and driven more than £100M in client value.
Alex brings a hands-on, results-driven approach—advising founders and leadership teams while actively supporting execution. He supports clients with both strategic commercial advice and sleeves-rolled-up GTM delivery to drive meaningful, scalable growth.
Known for his humility, integrity, and client-first mindset, he works as a trusted partner to help businesses unlock growth and build scalable, high-performing sales engines.
